Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your CMPM account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the address registered to your CMPM account to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my CMPM account”.
2. Include your display name and, if you know it, your CMPM public ID.
3. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it.

What is deleted

• your account, display name, email, bio, avatar and price settings;
• your public profile, QR link and directory listing;
• your contacts, saved payout details and push tokens;
• your SIP device registration and app session tokens.

What we may keep

We may retain call and billing records, invoices and payout records for as long as required by tax, accounting and anti-fraud law (normally up to 10 years). These records are kept only for legal compliance and are not used to contact you or to provide the Service.
